xPod Basic Structure Prices
Unless there are adverse soil conditions, basically there are no foundations required. The Structure is insulated & predominantly manufactured from Concrete & Steel, the Roof Sheeting is available in Standard Colour Options & Paint colours can be customised to suit the existing environment if required.
The Exterior Walls are insulated Concrete with all Internal Walls being Dry Wall (these can be insulated and constructed to suit)
The Units comes in component form and installed on site, which eliminates the need for heavy machinery on site such as cranes; etc. ………naturally we can assess the site conditions closer to the time if need be.
There are two Foundation types available: the first being a raised foundation which is a structural Steel Frame with a timber sheeted floor, one can screed on top of the sheeting & install timber vinyl flooring as an optional extra………the second type is a concrete Foundation which can be tiled or receive a screed finish…… timber vinyl flooring can also be installed.
Regarding the internal fit-out, we do offer a turn-key solution which we can work with you on regarding Spec. & Budget.
Indicative prices for our xPod are for the structures only which exclude Interior Fit-Outs, however they do include the following:
- Structural Steel Frame
- Insulated Concrete Walls
- Insulated IBR Roof
- OSB / Plaster Board Ceiling & Back Wall
- Sealed OSB Floor
- P.C. Amount for Glazed Entrance Doors & Windows
- Installation (within Gauteng) however are able to deliver / install nationwide, logistics & away costs can be calculated upon request
