xPod is the eco-friendly, go-anywhere, instant space solution. It's a rapid-construction system and design & engineering philosophy focused on achieving the ideal balance of modularity, prefabrication and mobility — all without reinventing the wheel.
It delivers far more than the conventional in terms of utility, speed and flexibility. Best of all, it's significantly cleaner and less disruptive than traditional construction. It functions as a pod when compact solutions are required, and evolves into a hybrid building for larger-format applications. When sized to fit on a crane truck without exceeding abnormal-load regulations, xPod becomes fully mobile.
We've developed various standard unit sizes in a choice of three different shapes: Classic, Barn and Pavilion. Envelope solutions range from a 6m² studio pod to hybrid rapid buildings of several thousand square metres.
The offering allows for a measure of customization — specific glazing, colour choices, electrical and plumbing, as well as clip-on verandas, signage and more.
